01Where is DJW Events?
220 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, N13 5LB. Palmers Green is the nearest train station.
02What time are adult events?
Adult events run from 9:00pm to 1:30am. The soft play closes at 11pm, but the rest of the party continues.
03Do I need ID?
Yes. A hard-copy photo ID is required and DJW operates Challenge 25.
04Are arcade games and the photobooth free?
Yes. Arcade games are on free play and the photobooth offers unlimited printouts.
05What does my ticket include?
Venue access, the three-storey play frame until 11pm, retro arcade, interactive game stations, DJ and hosted crowd games, photobooth prints and cloakroom.
06Can I bring food?
Food cannot be brought into standard adult events. You may provide your own food for private hires.
07Can I bring drinks?
No outside drinks are permitted. DJW has a fully licensed bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
08Is the venue accessible?
A ramp leads to the front double doors and the whole ground floor is accessible. Contact DJW in advance for specific access requirements.
09Is there parking?
Yes. There is a large council-owned car park on site.
10Can children attend private hires?
Yes. Private hires can include children and have no age restriction.
11How do private-hire deposits work?
Deposits start from £200 and secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable up to 21 days before the booking.
12Can I bring a DJ to my private hire?
Yes. You can bring a DJ, and DJW also has DJs available to book.
